1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product received is defective or leaking
  • Package received is tampered with

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must remain unused
  • Original packaging, labels, invoice, and accessories must be intact
  • Unboxing video and clear images may be required for verification

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances
  • Products with tampered seals
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Fragrance preference is subjective. Returns or refunds will not be provided based on personal dislike of fragrance notes or performance expectations.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A leaking bottle
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • UPI/card network processing times

  • UPI/Wallets: 3–7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges, COD fees, platform charges, and convenience fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless the error was caused by D’Noré Brands.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not applicable for any purchases from the website or physical stores. No product sold by the company is eligible for exchange once it is sold unless it is specifically mentioned that a particular product or collection is eligible for exchange. If not specified, no products sold by the company are eligible for exchange in any circumstances. 


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.


7. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment:

  • Shipping charges and return handling costs may be deducted
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases
